We sell European micro-weft extensions and hair toppers in-house, carry luxury hair brands such as Oribe and R+Co, and offer quarterly continued education workshops.

RETAIL PERKS
Commission Rates for Retail Sales:
10% on product and heat tool sales
15% on hand tied wefts, halos, toppers, and wigs!
The stylist with the highest retail sales across both salons each month will receive an extra 5% commission.
COMMISSION BONUSES
On top of the standard stylist commission rate for services and sales, individuals have the opportunity to earn bonus commission for exceptional weekly numbers:
45%-49% standard commission under $2000
Sliding scale for weeks over $2000:
$2,000-$2,400 ............. 50%
$2,401-$2,700 ............. 55%
$2,701-$3,000 ............. 60%
$3,001-$3,500 ............. 63% + 10% retail
$3,501-$4,000 ............. 65% + 10% retail
$4,001-$4,500 ............. 67% + 12% retail
$4,501 and up ............. 70% + 12% retail

$15/ hour plus tips for recent graduates
Commission starting at 40%
DAILY STATION RENTALS
FOR TRAVELING / 1099 STYLISTS
HALF DAY (9am-3pm or 3pm to 9pm) $150
FULL DAY (More than 6 hours) $200
